Hi, I'm Julian. I started Smart Nest because I believe your home deserves to be looked after properly, not just made to look good on the day.
Before going self-employed I spent many years in senior hotel operations, managing housekeeping standards across around 100 properties. I know what high standards actually look like in practice, and I know the difference between work that passes and work that lasts.
I bring that same mindset to every job I take on in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. I'm straightforward with people, I keep things tidy and I don't cut corners. The finish matters to me because I know it matters to you.
